Amanda at the ticket office was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the informative video on Ancient Rome. Museum was excellent- we couldn't see it all, and wish we'd had another day to go back. Next time!

I bought a ticket for museum access but then asked the museum box office if I could supplement with a digital guide. Good experience.

Whether you are a novice or an expert, Musei Capitolini is a wonderful place to visit as it traverses the history of Rome from its earliest beginning through the renaissance and beyond. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

Ticketing experience was poor. I did not like having to go to a separate venue to collect my ticket. It should have been emailed to me.

The people that gave us the tickets were very helpful. The email was confusing because I first tried to go directly to the place and have them scan the email but I had to go directly to nearby place to get the tickets. The email wasn't clear.

It was hard to find the place to get the tickets. We needed more information about access ( we have mobility problems) and the person was not forthcoming. We asked about elevator and we understood it was not available as per her explanation. Actually there are elevators inside the building. We paid for happy hour but that day there was not a happy hour because there was a private party. We recommend a visit to the museum with a guide the video equipment offered is not too friendly. Besutiful museum!

Website is easy to use. Booking simple checking out fast. Pick up location is very close to destination. No wait time for pick up tickets. Efficient staff and friendly
