We had 2 day Pass. It was convenient, but I’m not sure that the value it gives is worth the price. Because you have limited ability as a human to visit many places per day :) 2-3 spots per day - that’s normal, so that you don’t feel totally exhausted. So you feel unhappy that you could use much more from the pass, but there is not enough time in a day, especially when most of places work only till 5-6 p.m. Good thing is skip the line feature, very convenient. What is totally 0 value - included in pass audioguide. I wouldn’t recommend to take pass with audioguide, not worth it at all. Buy just pass. We didn’t use hop on bus at all, cause didn’t see on our routes where are the stops. Vienna metro system is just perfect and fulfilled all our needs. So in general - not bad, but that feeling ’didn’t i pay too much’ is quite strong...Especially when some places appeared to be free entrance for children...

Hello, It was difficult, confusing which tickets are valid where and how. -Vienna City card + hop on off+ - 20 % ??? -Vienna Card -Hop on Hop off The Vienna Card can only be picked up at certain stations, stood in front of a museum entrance with the headout QR code and could not get in. (until we picked up the ticket we drove black) thought that public transport was included. Mfg Netzer Simon

Il Vienna pass è stato decisamente utile. Tutte le attrazioni che ci interessavano erano incluse. Nessuna coda. Unico neo non sono inclusi i mezzi pubblici utili, tram, metro e bus normali per cui abbiamo fatto un abbonamento a parte.

We are very satisfied with the vienna pass, which allows us to access many sites without waiting. The guide provided allows us to check which sites are accessible. When ordering the vienna pass, I would have liked explanations on how to book the opera and the palace in advance. ..... I couldn't find any and couldn't plan ahead. The buses are perfect, easy to take and the audio guide very useful. A beautiful city.

Ich fand es nicht gut das man den pass nicht zugeschickt bekommen hat , man musste den vor Ort abholen, die Dame dort war nicht motiviert, hat einen den pass in die Hand gedrückt und nichts groß erklärt alles musste man ihr aus der Nase ziehen ! Dann wiederum musste man einiges im Internet buchen , einiges an der Kasse abholen, bei Anderen Eintritten durchgehen , komisch. Der on und Hop Bus unübersichtlich wo hält er wo kann ich zu steigen 1

The pass has to be collected from the Vienna Sightseeing & Vienna PASS Service Center. It's open daily from 9am to 3pm.
In rare cases, some attractions may be closed for scheduled maintenance. Please check and plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
The pass can be used only once at each attraction or sight.
To redeem your ticket for the HOHO bus pass, simply board the bus at any hop-on-hop-off bus point. A suggested starting point is the Vienna State Opera. Tours start from 9:30am onwards.
