• The pass has to be collected from the Vienna Sightseeing & Vienna PASS Service Center. It's open daily from 9am to 3pm.

• In rare cases, some attractions may be closed for scheduled maintenance. Please check and plan ahead to avoid disappointment.

• The pass can be used only once at each attraction or sight.

• To redeem your ticket for the HOHO bus pass, simply board the bus at any hop-on-hop-off bus point. A suggested starting point is the Vienna State Opera. Tours start from 9:30am onwards.
