• Children aged under 5 years, pregnant women, the elderly and heart disease patients are not allowed to participate in this experience

• For your safety, the schedule might be adjusted according to local weather conditions

• On the day of the experience, if the local weather is not good, you could cancel the trip and get a full refund or reschedule

• The schedule starts early in the morning. Make sure to arrive on time

• The weather can get quite cold. It is recommended that you wear long-sleeved clothes

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your lobby
