• Children aged 12 and below as well as adults aged 60+ are not allowed until further notice.

Infants aged 3 and under can go for free. Children aged 4-12 enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry a valid photo ID).

Getting There

• The nearest metro station is Burj Khalifa Station.
• From there, take the F13 bus and get off at the next stop, which is the Dubai Mall Bus Stop.
• Once you reach Dubai Mall, walk through the mall to the Lower Ground Floor (also referred to as LG). The ticket office to the Burj is located on this floor.
