Enjoy a limited-edition guided tour! Running only between early April to mid-May, this Keukenhof tour will show you the tulips at their best. From wonderful fragrances to the vibrant colors of 7 million flower bulbs, and the stunning beauty of the historical Delft, this tour has it all!
Your tour begins with a leisurely drive through the countryside. As soon as you see windmills and large bulb fields in full blossom, you will know you've arrived at the heart of Holland! Your tour guide will take you through Delft, said to be the most charming Dutch town. Admire the picturesque canals, the city hall, as well as the Old and the New Church. The latter is where almost every member of the Dutch Royal Family has been buried!
Spend some free time browsing through the many Delft arts and crafts shops here. Break for lunch (not included), and head towards the Keukenhof estate. Your guide will tell you all about the history and importance of tulip growing along the way. From then on, for three full hours, you get to explore the many gardens and pavilions. Spot your favorite flowers - tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, orchids, lilies, carnations, and more. Breathe in the fragrance and fall in love with the colors that surround you.
