The Cort Theatre has a capacity of 1050 seats. Section capacities are 503 Orchestra , 260 Mezzanine and 283 Balcony.There is a 1,092-seat capacity in the Cort Theatre, spread across the Orchestra, Mezzanine and Balcony. The Orchestra is the largest section, split into Left, Right and Center; the Mezzanine and Balcony above are similarly laid out, although about half the size. Views are generally very good across all three sections<\/p>\n

Cort Theater Orchestra<\/h3>\n

The Cort Theater orchestra has 17 rows in total starting from AA and ending with P. The seats are divided into three subsections namely, left orchestra, center orchestra, and right orchestra.<\/p>\n

The left orchestra subsection seats are odd numbered and fall in the range of 1 to 23. There are 4 box seats also available left of this section. The center orchestra subsection is the biggest with consecutively numbered seats in the range of 101 to 112. On the other end we have the right orchestra with even numbered seats in the range of 2 to 24. Like the left orchestra, this subsection also has a set of 4 box seats on its right.<\/p>\n

Cort Theater Mezzanine<\/h3>\n

The Cort Theater mezzanine is the first of the two elevated levels in the house and is also the smallest. With only eight rows (A-H) divided into three sections, left, center, and right, this section houses some of the best seats in the theatre, especially in the first couple of rows.<\/p>\n

The left mezzanine section has odd numbered seats in the range of 1 to 25, the right mezzanine has even numbered seats falling in the range of 2-26. Seats in the center mezzanine are consecutively numbered in the range of 101-114.<\/p>\n

The balcony section, with only 301 seats, is the smallest in the theatre and the farthest from the stage. It\u2019s divided into three subsections, left balcony, center balcony, and right balcony and has 8 rows in total from A to H.<\/p>\n
