For those eligible for a full refund based on the scenarios below, you can pick any one of these options as your preferred refund method:<\/p>\n

Headout Credits<\/b>You will receive Headout credits for the entire value of your booking with an additional 25% that can be used to book any Headout experience across 35 cities until 31 Dec, 2021. All you need to do is just log in to our website with the email ID used at the time of booking.<\/p>\n
2. Refund to Original Payment Method<\/b>If both these options don\u2019t sync with your plans, we will reverse your booking amount to the original payment method.<\/p>\n
Disclaimer: <\/b>Please note that in most cases, you will have the both the options available: a refund to the original payment method or receive Headout credits. However, in the rare case when our local partner is not in agreement with our refund policy, we will issue a full refund in the form of Headout credits only. The Coronavirus is essentially a family of viruses that cause illnesses ranging from a regular flu to severe diseases like SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome). The disease that is currently present across the globe is known as the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 – a new strain of virus previously undiscovered in humans or animals.<\/p>\n

How does Corona virus spread?<\/b><\/p>\n
This virus was first detected in Wuhan, China and the infections were linked to a live animal market. However, since this initial exposure, the virus is now spreading from person-to-person (community spreading), primarily via the following ways:<\/p>\n
\n- Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).<\/li>\n
- Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
It’s also possible for a person to get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or their eyes. However, this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads.<\/p>\n
How do I protect myself?<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Clean your hands often – Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.<\/li>\n
- Avoid close contact with sick people and maintain a distance between yourself and others if the virus is spreading in your community. Use soap or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol<\/li>\n
- Stay home if you’re sick, except to get medical care.<\/li>\n
- Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inside of your elbow. Remember to dispose the tissue in the trash and wash your hands.<\/li>\n
- Wear a face mask if you’re sick and are in the company of others or visiting a healthcare centre. It is also generally advised to wear a face mask regardless since asymptomatic carriers can spread the virus.<\/li>\n
