On 31st December, Rome’s metro (Lines A, B, and C) will be running until 2:30am. <\/p>\n

By bus<\/h3>\n

Buses are the most frequent mode of transport on New Year\u2019s eve. If you decide to hop on a bus, the biggest bus depots are located at Piazza Venezia, which is in front of the Termini station. In fact, this station is the main hub of Metro, as lines A (orange) and B (blue) intersect there. You will also find commuter trains as long as you are traveling within city limits. Most bus and tram lines stop service around 9pm, with select lines extended until 2:30am to support celebrations. On New Year\u2019s Day, services resume at 8am following the regular holiday timetable.<\/p>\n

By train<\/h3>\n

Once you land at the Fiumicino International Airport, you can either catch a train or a bus. Take a train to one of the two main railway stations, Roma Termini (in the historic center) and Roma Tiburtina (just outside the walls).<\/p>\n
