From Northern Ireland to Iceland, Spain to Croatia – GOT has been filmed in some of the world\u2019s most beautiful and unique locations. Astapor, the home of the Unsullied, is no exception. Scenes featuring this great city-state of Slaver\u2019s Bay were shot in the coastal town of Essaouira, Morocco.<\/p>\n

2. Broad City<\/em>: 42 Squirts<\/strong><\/h3>\n

After Abbi\u2019s surgery, Llana happily rises to the role as Abbi\u2019s caretaker. She sends Jaime off to 42 Squirts with the task to \u201ccapture the complexity of this beautiful human being (Abbi) in one single flavor\u201d. Poor Jaime has a slight mental breakdown while trying to do so, but on the bright side – you can visit the trendy Brooklyn froyo shop where it all went down. Located on 139 N 7th St., it\u2019s  actually called <\/span>16 Handles<\/a><\/strong>.  <\/span><\/p>\n

3. Breaking Bad<\/i>: The White\u2019s House<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Home of the infamous school teacher turned drug lord, Walter White’s home is an actual residence located at 308 Negra Arroyo Lane in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After the show took off, the house became so popular that residents had to install round the clock surveillance. So maybe don\u2019t push your luck too far by asking for a tour of the inside\u2026 I\u2019d suggest you just stick to the view from the sidewalk.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. The Sopranos<\/em>: Holsten\u2019s Ice Cream Parlor<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Featured in the finale of <\/span>The Sopranos<\/span><\/i>, <\/span>Holsten\u2019s Brookdale Confectionery Ice Cream Parlour<\/a><\/strong> is located in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Story has it that producer, David Chase, decided on Holsten\u2019s because of the memories he had there when he himself grew up in New Jersey. There are also quite a few famous Sopranos hotspots in New York City, and you can visit them all in an amazing guided tour<\/a><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

6. Sex and the City<\/em>: Magnolia Bakery<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The famous bar is located on 205 East 55th Street in New York; however, the actual show was shot inside <\/span>Casey\u2019s Irish Pub<\/a><\/strong>, which is in Downtown Los Angeles. 11. The Walking Dead<\/i>: Woodbury<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Overrun by the dead, the rural town of Woodbury sets the scene for a few eventful episodes in Season 3 of <\/span>The Walking Dead<\/span><\/i>. Fortunately, things aren\u2019t so grim here in real life. You can step onto the Woodbury set by walking around Main Street in Senoia, Georgia.<\/span><\/p>\n

12. Lost<\/i>: Survivors\u2019 Beach Camp<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The TV series <\/span>Lost <\/span><\/i>was filmed in quite a few intriguing locations; however, one of the most prevalent sets can be found at Police Beach in Oahu, Hawaii, just off Papailoa Road, north of Haleiwa.<\/span><\/p>\n

13. Orange Is The New Black<\/em>: Dmitri\u2019s Russian Deli<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Named after Red\u2019s husband, who co-owned the cafe before her incarceration, Dimitri\u2019s Russian Deli is actually a popular pizza joint called <\/span>Rosario\u2019s<\/a><\/strong>. You can visit the place in Astoria, Queens, New York. If you\u2019re not into pizza, order the deli\u2019s spicy sopressata sandwich. (…Hah, just kidding. 14. Scandal<\/em>: Olivia Pope\u2019s Office<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

15. Sherlock Holmes<\/i>: Speedy\u2019s Cafe<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Speedy\u2019s Cafe<\/a><\/strong>, which has served as an important meeting place for Sherlock on a number of occasions, plays itself in the TV series. It\u2019s located on North Gower Street in London, England. Directly to the left of the cafe is the door to Sherlock and Watson\u2019s apartment building. Their \u2018home\u2019 is on the first floor.<\/span><\/p>\n

16. Seinfeld<\/i>: Monk\u2019s Cafe<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Seinfeld\u2019s<\/span><\/i> notorious Monk\u2019s Cafe is actually Tom\u2019s Restaurant. It\u2019s located on the corner of West 112th Street and Broadway in New York. However, only the exterior shots were filmed here. The scenes inside were recorded on a soundstage. (An interesting fact for you: <\/span>Throughout the show’s run, the chance to sit in the first booth \u2014 and thus be included in a <\/span>Seinfeld<\/span><\/i> scene \u2014 was auctioned off for charity.)<\/span><\/p>\n

17. Portlandia<\/i>: \u2018Women and Women First\u2019 Feminist Bookstore<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This satirical television show features a very popular feminist bookstore, \u201cWomen and Women First\u201d. While the show\u2019s shop is fictional, the episodes are filmed inside a real-life feminist bookstore in Portland called <\/span>\u201cIn Other Words\u201d<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
