Barcelona Zoo Reopening Date - 25th June 2020
With the lockdown restrictions currently being curbed in Spain, various attractions including Barcelona Zoo reopened its gate to the public. Effective steps have been taken up by the staff to safeguard visitors' health providing maximum safety and hygiene.
Safety Measures in Place at Barcelona Zoo
Barcelona Zoo aims to provide a safe space for all guests throughout their visit. To ensure contact is limited, all visitors are encouraged to book their tickets in advance before arriving at the venue.
All guests are required to wear masks throughout their visit. It is also mandatory to maintain a safe distance of 2 meters from other visitors and staff within the venue. Some areas of the Zoo may be temporarily suspended for maintenance and renovation purposes.
Members of the Zoo Club can re-use the annual pass as usual. The validity for the pass has been extended to compensate for the months of forced closure of the Zoo.

Reservations can be placed both online and from the ticketing office. Ages 2 years and below go free. Ages 3-12 years can enjoy reduced pricing. A valid photo ID must be carried to verify identity.
The park is fully accessible for those with reduced mobility.
