If you want to try your hand at the survival tactics as shown by Bear Grylls in Man vs Wild, this is the place to be. The unique experience in Ras Al Khaimah is designed by Bear Grylls himself and offers curated experiences for budding survivalists. Choose between two options: the Essential Survival Course or the Wild Survival Course. No matter what you select, you're in for quite an adventure!

Essential Survival Course

This fast-paced 4-hour introductory course will give you an understanding of the skills Bear uses to survive the wild. You will learn how to remain calm, be methodical and figure out how to protect yourself until help arrives.

Primal Survival Course

By the end of this 8-hour course, you will be proud to have survived the harsh mountain terrain of Ras Al Kahaimah. Learn how to protect yourself from wild animals, severe weather conditions, and take care of injuries.

Family Primal Course

Ready to jump into the mysterious and adventure-packed outdoors? This primal course for 24 hours will let you experience nature and survival in the rough terrains. At least you'll have the company of your closest friends and family members to make it through everything!

know before you go

Important Information

Please bring along ankle-supporting hiking boots, long hiking trousers, a long-sleeve hiking top, sunglasses, a sun hat, sunscreen, and bug spray.
Each course is limited to 16 participants.
On successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Bear Grylls Explorers Camp badge and certificate.
Please note: all activities are weather-dependent.

Restrictions

The experience is restricted for guests aged 8 and under, guests weighing less than 25kg and more than 115kg, and guests shorter than 1.25m.
