As soon as you book your tickets, you will receive an email with your Prado tickets. On the day you would like to visit the museum, carry a printed copy of the ticket and head to the museum. Of the many entrance gates that the museum has, only the Jerónimos entrance and Goya entrance gates are open for individual admissions. With your Prado Museum skip the line tickets, you will be able to bypass the arduous queue and after a brief security check, you are free to roam Prado's huge galleries. Hop-on-hop-off Bus Tour

The Madrid hop-on-hop-off bus tour is the easiest way to discover the best of Madrid. you can board the bus at any of the multiple stops along its two routes. Route 1 departs and ends at Prado Museum and is 80 minutes long approximately. Route 2 starts and ends at Plaza Neptuno and is 65 minutes long approximately. The buses depart daily with a frequency of 7 to 15 minutes, depending of season. The audioguide on board the bus is available in 14 languages: Spanish, Catalan, Gallego, Euskera, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Arabic and Japanese. Prado Museum

  • Entrance: Jerónimos Entrance and Goya Entrance. Both entrances are on the Felipe IV Street.
  • By Metro: The closest metro station to the Prado Museum is the Atocha station (Blue Line L1) or Banco de Espana station (Red Line L2).
  • By Bus: Lines 9, 10, 14, 19, 27, 34, 37 and 45

Route 1 departs and ends at Prado Museum and is 80 minutes long approx. Route 2 starts and ends at Plaza Neptuno and is 65 minutes long approx. To get to Prado Museum, refer to the info above. To get to Plaza Neptuno, the nearest metro station is Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Yellow Line 12).

• Prado Museum - You must carry a printed copy of the voucher to the museum along with a valid photo ID.
• Hop-on-hop-off - Route 1 departs and ends at Prado Museum while Route 2 starts and ends at Plaza Neptuno.
• You can begin your hop-on-hop-off tour at any of the stops on the bus route by showing your voucher when getting on board.
