Why You Should Watch O at the Bellagio
The “O” Theatre at the Bellagio mirrors the elegance of the hotel itself. The central element of the theatre is the 1.5 million gallon pool of water which reaches a depth of 25 feet and is built onto the stage. Styled to mimic a classic European opera house, the O Theatre is just half of the mesmerizing experience that you will have as you watch the show at the Bellagio. The other half, is that of the performers. After being developed over three years, the show premiered in 1998 and has grossed north of billions of dollars and has been performed over 8,000 times. The show is also well received by the critics and the audiences and has won the Best Production Show award by the Entertainment Design and the Las Vegas Review Journal along with the best live show award by THEA and the Prix Italia for its creativity in high definition.
