Head out on a magical journey to the longest semi-flooded cave in the Yucatan Peninsula, the Rio Secreto Nature Reserve. Explore the underbelly of the earth and discover stunning geological formations that convey the history of the planet. Some trails may even make you feel as if you are on your way to Xibalbá (the Mayan underworld!)
Upon arrival, you will be lead to the reception and service area, where you can see a welcome video that introduces you to the reserve. Then, walk into the nature reserve and get geared up with the right equipment for your adventure.
Along the way, you will rappel, cycle and try the dry route. Once you reach the Salon de la Paz (Room of Peace), enjoy a light and sound show in a completely natural setting that will transport you back in time, all the way to the creation of the universe. After the show, enjoy a regional buffet along with your choice of drinks to finish off this extraordinary tour before you head back.
