We found the whole experience very good. From the viewing of the many deals, to the directions on how to get to the attractions and the paperless transactions/tickets.

We really enjoyed all of the attractions with special mention of the waterworld live action show and Transformers ride. Headout made it very convenient to book the tickets to USS. However, remember to collect the actual ticket from the USS ticket counter at the left side of the entrance by showing the Headout barcode.

How to redeem ticket was not clear. I went to turnstile directly and then they said I need to visit guest service counter to collect tickets by showing headout qr codes.

I went as a solotraveler and loved it. You can skip queue's with the single rider lines. You can also rent lockers 1 hour for free before an attraction.

Mixed reactions actually...good thing was the crowd...it was not too crowded making the waiting time for each ride not too long..apart from that all the rides were awesome as expected..eateries were plenty..what we didn't enjoy was the weather (it was out of anybody's control)..it was out of the ordinary hot...but most importantly my kids enjoyed their time there and that says it all...

Queue up to experience Transformers: The Ride and experience the thrilling, 2000 ft long ride with multiple light installations and motion platform-mounted vehicles to simulate the battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons over the All Spark. Or ride the Battlestar Galactica inverted rollercoasters that will take you to a height of almost 150 ft and plunge you underground as well! Families with young kids can go on equally fun rides like Dino-Soarin’ and Sesame Street Spaghetti Space Chase!

If shows are more your cup of tea, make sure you catch Lights, Camera, Action, and watch an empty soundstage turn into the scene of a hurricane, and witness movie magic before your very eyes. What's not allowed

Note that the following are not allowed during this experience: pets, food, and beverages.
Effective June 1, 2024, admission tickets to USS will no longer permit re-entry into the park.

The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

The Express Pass allows you to beat the long queues on select rides at the theme park.
You can purchase these tickets at an additional fee on your base ticket cost, at the venue. Your default tickets do not include the Express Pass.
Check the official website of each attraction for the daily opening hours and closure dates prior to your visit.
Park hours will be extended to 8pm on March 3, 9, 16, 23, 30, April 6, 13, 21, 28, and May 4, 11, 19, and 25 for the Universal Star Power Parade at 7:30pm.
The USS $5 Retail Voucher (minimum spend $35) can be redeemed at all retail stores (excluding carnival games) in Universal Studios Singapore. Additionally, the USS Set Meal with Drink (worth $20) is redeemable at Oasis Spice Cafe, Loui's NY Pizza Parlor, Friars, or Starbot Café in Universal Studios Singapore.
